The shipment of your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with UPS Extra with signature request, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items. The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer can make the right of withdrawal within a period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the goods. Within the aforementioned deadline, an email must be sent to info@cricri.design. This communication must contain bank information, as the reimbursement method will be made by bank transfer. Products with manufacturing defects and breakages will be replaced within 15 working days, subject to product availability or refunded. The collection and return of the same will be entirely at our expense. Products that do not have defects, but are a simple object of reconsideration, must be returned by the consumer, intact, complete with labeling and transport at their expense. We will not be responsible for any damage that the items subject to rethinking may suffer during transport (from the customer to our office), therefore we recommend, in the event that you want to take advantage of the right of withdrawal, to make insured shipments.
ATTENTION Discounted products are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Special orders cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal.
